Customer Service

We provide contractors with quick, written, and free estimates. Our staff of four estimators/project managers enables us to respond to all bid requests in a timely manner. Whether we estimate from plans or at the job-site, we assure an accurate and detailed estimate without any hidden costs.

The same project manager that estimated the job will carry the job through to completion. We don't hand over the job to a new person who must muddle through all the details with you for a second time. The project managers understand the value of the schedule and will do all in their power to complete the project on time.

Our foremen speak English fluently and have cell phones to communicate with the project manager. Our foremen are courteous to other trades and can respond quickly to changes in the scope of work or the schedule.

Safety Program

CS Stucco has an active and written Hazardous Materials and Communication Program and Safety Program. We regularly update our safety program and keep our written binders up to date. Every truck has a copy of the program.

We use pipe scaffolding which is set to the industry standards. We understand OSHA Regulations and try our best to abide by them. Any issues with OSHA will be handled efficiently by our office staff. We maintain an exceptional Workers' Compensation Experience Modification Factor.

Craftsmanship

We know how hard it is to get the final check and therefore the importance of a professional stucco application. We work hard at using the best products installed according to the manufacturers' recommendations. This allows us to provide a full labor and material warranty.

We have completed AWCI's "EIFS Industry Professional" and "EIFS Doing It Right" training and are an EIFSmart Contractor. We are certified by California Stucco, Sto, Dryvit, and Senergy to install their products. The President of CS Stucco is a trained EIFS inspector from the Exterior Design Institute and continues to stay on top of this fast paced industry.

We have been fortunate to retain some of the best plasterers in the industry. They are trained in the different systems and understand the complexities of the plastering industry.
